Before Your Visit
A pre-booked ticket is the safest choice. The city centre draws big crowds at weekends and during holidays, and slots regularly sell out — booking ahead guarantees yours.
Monday through Thursday we welcome you from 10:00 - 18:00; Friday through Sunday from 09:00 - 20:00. On public holidays the schedule may shift — the booking page always reflects the live situation.
Without a doubt. Families, couples, school groups and grandparents all leave amazed — perception tricks don't care how old you are.
Certainly — group bookings from 10 people run directly through the site. Schools and companies looking for something special can email us; we regularly host class trips and team events.
During Your Visit
Typically between three quarters of an hour and ninety minutes. There's no fixed route, so the curious — and the camera-happy — easily stretch it longer.
More than allowed — it's the point! Every room hides a photo opportunity. Post your favourites and mention us; we love resharing visitor shots.
Our ground floor is fully wheelchair-friendly. Unfortunately, the upper floor cannot yet be reached by lift — the historic structure of the building makes installation complex. The city of Brussels is working towards a solution, and we look forward to full accessibility soon. Get in touch before your visit and we will do our best to accommodate you.
No cloakroom or lockers, but keeping your bag with you during the visit is no problem at all. A light daypack works best.
Tickets & Pricing
Count €12 for adults (18 and up), €9 for children between 7 and 17, and €11 at the reduced rate. Kids of 6 or younger join free, one per paying adult or reduced ticket. Some time slots carry different pricing.
Our reduced rate is reserved for: Students, teachers. Have your ID or supporting document ready when you arrive.
Plans changed? You can reschedule your visit yourself up to 3 hours beforehand via your confirmation email. The full cancellation terms live in our refund policy.
