Refund Policy

Our refund policy is very simple and straightforward : If you did not enjoy your visit, for any reason, you are eligible for a refund within 3 days after your visit.

Just let us know at the counter after your visit, or drop us a message on our website. The refund request will generally be approved very easily with minimal to no justification.

The only cases where a refund request would face a refusal, are those where the customer is abusing our refund policy solely in a deliberate way of getting free access.
